Bulldogs Banter Podcast

If you haven’t heard, Hamilton Bulldogs play-by-play announcer and Communications Coordinator Matt Holmes (@dogsradio) has organized a Bulldogs focused podcast and I’ll be joining as one of the co-hosts along with AM 900 Post Game Host and producer Luke Vermeer (@TheLVermeer). We’ll be doing weekly/bi-weekly episodes that will examine news throughout the OHL, the Priority Draft in April, the NHL Draft in June as well as our thoughts and feelings about the outlook for the 2016/17 season. Expect player interviews and possibly management interviews as we get closer to training camp in September.

Here is episode one on Soundcloud, and you can also download the podcast on iTunes. (link)

In this pilot episode the team breaks down projections for the first round of the OHL playoffs. I’m a bit of a rebel going off the board on some of my picks as to who I could see making a difference, and potentially upsetting some favourties. Sault St. Marie and Mississauga have the potential to make life very difficult for the Sarnia Sting and the Barrie Colts in my mind based on multiple viewings throughout the season. Enjoy!
